The rooms are just big ballrooms...if you've ever been to a conference held in a hotel, they look like that. One room fits 240, the other would be two rooms to fit 260. Round tables seating 10. We'll go look at the two rooms this weekend. There's a wedding that should be set up by 3:00/4:00.
Still trying to figure out seating arrangements. Do we want a head table? Tables with the other tables? Who will sit at our tables? The wedding party? Plus guests? Or just the wedding party?
$15K includes: food, cake, tables, table linen, napkins, chairs, dance floor
Would still need to get chair covers, overlays (the colored squares for the tables) , decorations...
Did get a card for a few places that provides the chairs stuff and overlays and decorations with fabrics... one place I called was $2.50 per chair and no more than $8 for the overlays depending on size and material.
I think it'd help if we could get some colors set... I think some sort of blue?...
